The tools are well-crafted, just as described. Comparable Japanese tools from other sellers were priced so high I never thought I could afford the tools needed to complete the bonsai package I was giving away. For example, the concave cutter alone can cost as much as $80-90. This set includes almost any tool you'd need for novice bonsai care, and the price can't be beat - especially with the canvas bag, which is nothing special, but it keeps the tools organized and can cost $10-12 alone.
